OUTDOOR TRAINING

This implies a sense of freedom, both physically and mentally: “ZEN”. The fresh air, preferably in a completely natural environment such as a forest, river, sea and canal, … on the edge of an open swimming pool, …

The client feels freer, uninhibited… this environment serves as a kind of breathing biotope in which the client and Personal Trainer can move freely.

Whether for core training, stability, reactivity, cardio, coordination, resistance, orientation, 3D training, MOTR, TRX, crossfit, … or whatever, nothing is better than training outdoors. Real movement can only take place outdoors, to bring the body and mind together as one.

The client faces the challenges in a natural environment, adopting functional movements in a setting far removed from the simple fitness centre.

PUSHING BOUNDARIES

When outdoors, the client will push boundaries physically, mentally and socially… and achieve functional integration, with a new awareness of their own abilities and perception.
