We see that managers who adopt movement-oriented procedures have a clear influence on the health of their staff. Movement leads to more movement.
However, I prefer to stay away from “hypes” such as marathons, triathlons, Spartan races, etc. where company managers are all too often looking for performance at the expense of a burn-out that they’ll later have to deal with and will even blame on their staff.
